Tabitha Binder was a second-grader at Cedar Heights Elementary School in Woodward when she first heard the story about the Iditarod. She listened in part because she loved dogs.In her first childhood, Binder had a Labrador and a Dalmatian.This past winter, now residing in Fairbanks, she found herself living out her second childhood.
