Fourteen-year-old Aiyana Ferraro and her father, Doug, have been mushing together for five years. When Aiyana was nine she had her one dog, an australian shepherd, pull her on her bike. Now, the Ferraro’s have 27 sled dogs and are headed to Alaska later this month to compete in the Junior Ididorod. Aiyana says she has grown a special bond with all of her dogs, but most importantly with her dad. Watch the attached video for more on the story of a daughter and father mushing through life, together.See video here: http://www.abcmontana.com/news/local/Mushing-Through-Life-139300513.html
