Musher Matt Failor Visits Malabar Intermediate School

Iditarod finisher Matt Failor had a crew replacement Monday afternoon.Instead of 16 Alaskan huskies pulling his wooden sled, the Mansfield native invited 18 students to experience the prestigious role.Failor high-fived each of them as they made their way up on the stage at Malabar Intermediate School, where he was the celebrity guest and featured speaker for the day.“I see we have three youngsters up here,” Failor said, pointing to some younger students at the front of his new pack. “I might need one of the older guys up with you.”Read more here: http://www.mansfieldnewsjournal.com/article/20130408/NEWS01/304090005?nclick_check=1
