Meadow Lake Takes Top Place in Dog Sled Races

Meadow Lake dog sled racers dominated the six-dog sled race this past weekend taking three of the four top spots.Harry George, a local dog sled racer from Patuanack, took first place with Russ Gregory coming in third and Amanda Brucks taking fourth at the Riverpoint Classic on Saturday, Feb. 11 and Sunday, Feb. 12.“It just proves that we’ve got good dogs around here,” said Charlie Conner, one of the organizers.Read more here: http://www.meadowlakeprogress.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=3474401
