A new dog sled race that was going to debut in the area this weekend has been postponed until February due to warm temperatures.The Mid-Union Sled Haulers (M.U.S.H) Sled Dog Race — deemed the Indian River Rondy — that was originally set for Saturday and Sunday in Indian River has been postponed until Feb. 23-24, according to Race Chair Jane Schramm.Mid-Union Sled Haulers is a non-profit organization dedicated to dog sledding on a family-friendly amateur basis. Events that were to be included such as standard sprint dog sledding, weight pulling, skijoring and a 100-yard dash for younger mushers will now take place during the February dates.
