IFSS 2013 Winter World Championships to be held in Alaska

Summer doesn’t officially begin for another 10 days, yet the North Pole Development Corporation already is looking forward to next winter.That’s because the International Federation of Sleddog Sports accepted the NPEDC’s bid to host the 2013 Winter World Championships at venues throughout the Fairbanks North Star Borough.The IFSS made the announcement Friday during its annual meeting in Oslo, Norway.Read more here: http://newsminer.com/bookmark/18935978-World-Championships-North-Pole-Economic-Development-Corporation-submits-winning-bid-for-2013-international-sled-dog-event
