Iditarod sign-up this Saturday

The 2007 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race Volunteer Picnic is scheduled for Saturday, June 30th, 2007 at the campus of the Iditarod Trail Committee Headquarters (Mile 2.2 Knik Road, Wasilla). Activities of interest are as follows;The General membership meeting will be conducted at 10 am at Race Headquarters.The 2008 Board of Directors will be announced at the conclusion of the general membership meeting.The Volunteer Picnic is scheduled to begin at 12 noon on the campus of the Iditarod Trail Headquarters.The 2008 field of mushers will begin signing up beginning at 1pm.At this time ten mushers have mailed in their 2008 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race applications.
