In our Annual Gear and Equipment issue, we have included some of the newest products in the mushing world. We worked with Dr. Karen Vernau to provide the most detailed status of Alaskan Husky Encephalopathy (AHE). This disease has caused many ripples in the mushing community and it was long overdue that we put together some helpful information for you. Also, the Collins twins have continued on with one of the most exciting two-part articles: conformation. In this issue, they focus on common conformational flaws found in sled dogs.
