2008 ONAC, Day 2 RACE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Another great day for racing here in Fairbanks. A blistering run by Egil Ellis put nearly 3 minutes between him and open-class rival Blaine (Buddy) Streeper. It looks like Buddy had to change leaders, and Egil had a nearly perfect run. I’m sure Buddy will be looking to have a strong 3rd day where anything is likely and possible. Ken Chezik of Michigan also had a very fast run overtaking Ross Saunderson for third place overall.Final Times Here: http://www.sleddog.org/races/2007-08/index.htmlWe spoke with the racers again before the start on Saturday.
