I used to joke that starting this place was a mistake 😅 being on lock down with the amount of work. If im honest, no real mistakes. It shaped me into what and who I am now.
How to grow. Give myself a minute for self pity and move forward.
Everyday is tough. Its never easy. I that, finding reliable help is a big challenge. Too many soft people these days.
Put your pride away. Throw ego in the trash. Be willing to learn and willing to grow.
Within yourself. It will later become a reflection of your heart and art form. It is contagious for others.
