Start Location For The Canadian Challenge Sled Dog Race May Change

With the 16th annual Canadian Challenge Sled Dog Race fast approaching, president Gill Gracie said the original start location of downtown Prince Albert may have to change due to inadequate weather conditions. “Our big challenge this year is with the trail because of so much snow and so much blow down from winds last fall,” Gracie said. “And because there’s so much snow, there’s a lot of slush on the lake, so the trail crews are having quite a hard time.”Read more here: http://www.paherald.sk.ca/Local/News/2013-02-07/article-3172980/Start-location-for-sled-dog-race-may-change/1
