Wendy Davis from Lander, Wyoming, won Day Seven of the International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race (IPSSSDR) completing the 41-mile stage near Evanston with a time of 2:58:16. Sam Perrino from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, placed second in 3:06:46. In third place, Jacques Philip from Nenana, Alaska, completed the course in 3:11:06.In overall standings, Davis maintains the lead with a total time of 23:19:58. Philip remains in second place with 24:41:23; and Grant Beck of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada retains third place with 24:48:02.On Saturday, February 3, the race travels to Park City, Utah were teams will complete the last stage of the race. The race location has moved to the Rail Trailhead at 1801 Prospector Ave, and the IPSSSDR will begin at noon.
