Fresh off a 36-hour blow, mushers streamed out of Dawson Friday afternoon to begin the second half of the Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race.Leader Allen Moore of Two Rivers was the first to leave, pulling his snow hook at 12:32 p.m. to begin a 200-mile march to Pelly Crossing, the next checkpoint. Four- time Quest champion Lance Mackey, the only musher to win both the Quest and Iditarod the same year, followed 19 minutes later.
