Ryan Anderson Wins 250-mile Irving Can-Am Race

A Minnesota man won a 250-mile sled dog race through the wilds of northern Maine that’s billed as the longest and highest-caliber race in the eastern United States.Ryan Anderson, a 31-year-old carpenter from Ray, Minn., finished the 250-mile Irving Can-Am Crown race in Fort Kent at about 4 a.m. Monday in a running time of 31 hours, 22 minutes, 16 seconds.
