Running the dogs from Pete Kaiser’s dog yard, Bethel racer and Bogus 150 rookie Jen Peeks claimed first and a place in history by beating two time champion Lewis Pavila of Kwethluk by about 12 minutes to become the first woman to win the mid-distance sled dog race.Read more here: http://kyuk.org/rookie-jen-peeks-wins-bogus-150/
