Mushers Plan Icy Weekend

WHITE BEAR LAKE — Dozens of mushing teams will return to the ice and snow on White Bear Lake later this month for one of the largest sled-dog races in the Twin Cities.The North Star Sled Dog Club, in association with the St. Paul Winter Carnival, will host sled-dog races from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 28-29 at the White Bear Lake VFW Post on Lake Avenue S.
