The Northern New England Sled Dog Trade Fair will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Contoocook. Loranne Carey Block of Antrim, co-coordinator of the fair, told us more:HOW ARE YOU INVOLVED IN THE SLED DOG WORLD?My husband, Richard Block, and 28-year-old son, Brendan Carey Block, and I have been involved with racing sled dogs for the past 13 years. We have a large kennel of Siberian Huskies and are very proud that one of our dogs completed the Iditarod on a record-setting purebred Siberian team this past March.Read more here: http://www.concordmonitor.com/community/8684974-95/mush-mush
