Fresh off of his sixth place finish at the 2013 International Federation of Sleddog Sports (IFSS) World Championships, in North Pole, Alaska, Sterling resident John Perry, spoke to the Rotary Club Wednesday, about the race this year and why he does it.Before this year, Perry won the gold medal in the 6-dog sprint competition and the silver medal in the 8-dog sprint competition, at the 2005 World Championships.
