Grand Mesa Was The Place To Be

It’s no longer “Colorado’s Best Kept Secret.” With the lack of snow in so many areas across the nation, the Grand Mesa has earned it’s reputation as the quintessential winter playground of Colorado.And with more than three feet of fresh snow falling during the past two weeks, this past weekend turned out to be two totally awesome days with blue skies, cool temperatures and a bright, warming sun for the spectators, the mushers and the incredible dogs participating in the sixth annual Grand Mesa Challenge sled dog race.Read more here: http://www.deltacountyindependent.com/news/surface-creek/25586-grand-mesa-was-the-place-to-be.html
