Dogged Determination in Lisle

Families will get to know some Husky Heroes, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29 at Morton Arboretum, I-88 and Route 53, Lisle. “It’s really a fun weekend,” said event coordinator Diana Fischer-Woods. “We have dogsled demos on our south lawn. Each demo is preceded by a talk about the dogs and the sport of dogsledding.” There will also be a demonstration of skijoring — a dog pulling a person on skis.Read more here: http://lagrange.suntimes.com/entertainment/9976482-421/dogged-determination-in-lisle.html
