Currier, Weitzel Set Pace in Two Rivers 200 100 Dog Race

Judy Currier and Jason Weitzel earned top honors in the delayed Two Rivers 200/100 sled dog race that started Friday at Chatanika Lodge.The race was delayed one week because heavy snow earlier this made it difficult for trailbreakers to put in a trail suitable for racing.Once the race did get under way, Currier led a field of seven finishers in the 200-mile division.
