A moose attack on her lead dog, cancellation of a qualifying race and a training vehicle fire hasn’t stopped Barron County native Mandy Nauman from pursuing her sled dog racing dream in Alaska.The musher from Cameron is determined to do the Yukon Quest, a 1,000-mile push across the unforgiving Alaskan landscape in February as she becomes the “dirty dog musher” she dreamed of years ago.Read more here: http://www.thecountrytoday.com/outdoors/article_e0375514-2f79-11e3-abd8-001a4bcf887a.html
