Today, we officially introduce something that has been building for a long time.

The Team & Trail Expedition: Leadership Through Adventure

This is more than an expedition. It is a long-term commitment to how leadership is actually developed, not in a classroom, but in environments that demand clarity, trust, and action.

In March 2027, we will take on one of the most demanding routes in the world, following the historic Iditarod Trail from Willow to Nome. But the miles are not the point.

The purpose is to create a platform for leadership development that is grounded in real experience. Through this campaign, we are building a Leadership Fellowship designed to give college students access to something most never experience: decision-making under pressure, responsibility for a team, and the kind of growth that only happens when the outcome is uncertain.

This is about access.

Access to leadership development that goes beyond theory.
Access to environments that challenge people to step up.
Access to experiences that stay with them long after the trail ends.

We are actively looking to partner with organizations that believe in that mission and want to be part of building it.
