Signups Still Accepted for Chatanika Challenge Sled Dog Race

Signups are still being accepted for the Two Rivers 50, 100 and 200 Chatanika Challenge sled dog race, which begins at noon on Friday, March 8. The annual race is the premier event of the Two Rivers Dog Mushers Association season.The entry period for early signups has closed, but entries will be accepted with a $25 late fee until the March 7 draw for starting position. The cost of entering, with the late fee, is $275 for the 200-mile race, $150 for the 100-mile race, and $75 for the 50-mile race.Read more here: http://www.newsminer.com/sports/local_community/article_daff8298-8366-11e2-9ef2-0019bb30f31a.html
