Gebhardt Grabs Early Lead in Kuskokwim 300

Paul Gebhardt of Kasilof grabbed the lead in the Kuskokwim 300 sled-dog race Saturday night after dropping a pair of dogs at Kalskag and leaving the checkpoint five minutes in front of Rohn Buser of Big Lake.Gebhardt and his team of 12 dogs left at 9:13 p.m. after a 56-minute stay at the checkpoint.Read more here: http://www.adn.com/2012/01/21/2276625/mackey-takes-early-lead-in-kuskokwim.html
