The Rail Trail Dog Sled Race gears up for its second year travelling through the Boundary region.Dr. Ruth Sims, one of the organizers for the event, noted two big issues for the event are fundraising and trails.“The fundraising is always hard but people have been generous so it’s coming along slowly but surely.
